The Mirage

In The Mirage, a triptych installation, the artist employs screen printing and color of Prussian Blue to visualize the ocean horizon and the ghostly silhouette of the German warship SMS Iltis, which was scuttled in 1914 during the Siege of Tsingtao. Through this, he seeks to unveil the obscured past and the underlying violence embedded within it.
